We are a large family leaving UK in September to cross the Atlantic to the Caribbean on our brand new sailing yacht, a Lagoon 420 catamaran looking for competent and adventurous individual or couple to help us on the long passages (Biscay and Atlantic) and possibly beyond if it works out..........

Chagos families win legal battle. The islanders have been protesting for the right to return to the island. Families expelled from the Chagos Islands by the British have won their legal battle for the right to return home at the Court of Appeal. Some 2,000 residents were forced out when the British colony in the Indian Ocean was leased to the US in the 1960s to build an air base at Diego Garcia.
